Katie and Tommy's coastal celebration. Picture this: St Petrox Church, Dartmouth and Start Bay Weddings for the afternoon reception, with the sun beaming down like it's on a mission to make every moment unforgettable.

So, the day kicks off with Katie and Tommy saying their 'I dos' in the stunning St Petrox Church. Sunlight pours in through the stained glass windows, painting everything in a warm, golden hue.

After they said their vows at the picturesque St Petrox Church, Dartmouth, the newlyweds embarked on a boat ride up the Dart Estuary. But here's where it gets truly magical—several other boats decided to follow suit, creating a awesome flotilla as they sailed along. The sound of horns filled the air, and onlookers cheered and waved from the banks of the estuary. It was a scene straight out of a romance film, and I was there to capture every breathtaking moment, feeling incredibly lucky to witness such pure happiness.

Fast forward to Start Bay Weddings, where the party kicks into high gear. There's a morris dancing group keeping everyone entertained while they sip drinks and soak up the sunshine. And me? Well, I'm darting around, capturing shots of laughter and love like it's nobody's business.

Let's talk about the speeches. From the best men to the maid of honor, and even Katie's dad, the speeches were fantastic. It's moments like these that remind why I shoot weddings? Capturing those raw, heartfelt emotions—there's nothing quite like it.

And just when you think it can't get any better, Katie and Tommy hit the dance floor for their first dance. With the sun setting behind them, casting this dreamy glow over everything, it's like something straight out of a fairy tale. And before you know it, everyone's joining in, and the dance floor becomes this whirlwind of joy and celebration.

As a wedding photographer, it's days like these that make it all worthwhile. Katie and Tommy's wedding was a love-filled adventure from start to finish, and I'm just grateful I got to be a part of it. Here's to a lifetime of happiness for the happy couple. Cheers to love, laughter, and living happily ever after!

Every love story is unique, and Naomi and Alex's wedding at Neadon Barn on Dartmoor, Devon, was nothing short of magical. As a wedding photographer, I had the privilege of witnessing and capturing these special moments, and their day was filled with beauty, laughter, and joy.

Naomi and Alex exchanged vows in a picturesque church ceremony, surrounded by their loved ones. The happiness radiating from their faces as they said "I do" was palpable, and it set the tone for the celebrations that followed.

One of the most memorable moments of the day was the journey from the church to the reception at Neadon Barn. Instead of a traditional mode of transportation, Naomi and Alex opted for a charming tractor ride. It was a fun and unique touch that perfectly reflected their personalities and the rustic charm of their wedding venue.

Upon arrival at Neadon Barn, guests were treated to a delightful outdoor reception. The couple chose to do their speeches in the garden, bathed in the warm glow of the sun. It was a heartfelt and intimate moment that brought tears to many eyes and smiles to even more faces.

The celebration continued with an array of garden games, adding a playful and laid-back atmosphere to the festivities. Laughter filled the air as guests enjoyed the beautiful weather and each other's company.

As the evening progressed, the energy soared with the arrival of the live band, Harbour. Their music filled the barn, and soon, everyone was on their feet, dancing the night away.

No wedding would be complete without a touch of magic, and Naomi and Alex's day ended with a spectacular sparkler send-off. It was a breathtaking sight as they were surrounded by loved ones, creating lasting memories that they will cherish forever.

As a wedding photographer, it's moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. To Naomi and Alex, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day. May your love continue to grow and your hearts be filled with joy always.

Let's dive into a wedding story that's as heartwarming as it is resilient—Anna and Chris' Torre Abbey Spanish Barn Wedding. Now, picture this: it's your classic British summer, which means one thing—rain, and lots of it. But did that stop the love train? Absolutely not!

Right from the get-go, Anna was glowing, rain or shine. With Chris by her side, nothing could rain on her parade as she got ready to walk down that aisle. Seriously, their love was like a shield against the gloomy weather.

The ceremony at Cockington Church was straight out of a fairy tale, raindrops and all. Friends and family together, cozying up to witness this amazing couple say "I do." The rain outside? Just added to the cosy vibe.

And let's talk about Torre Abbey Spanish Barn - it was decked out to the nines, thanks to Anna, Chris, and their squad. Seriously, every corner was Insta-worthy, a real-life Pinterest dream.

But here's the kicker: the rain still wasn't letting up, so those dreamy sunset shots? Yeah, they had to wait. But Anna and Chris? They were cool with it. We met up the next week for a photoshoot on Torquay pier, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Sunset or not, their love lit up every frame.

At the end of the day, Anna and Chris's wedding was a vibe—a celebration of love, laughter, and not letting a little rain ruin the party. It's a reminder that when you've got each other, nothing can dampen your spirits.

So here's to love that shines through, rain or shine, and to Anna and Chris—may your journey together be as epic as your Torre Abbey Spanish Barn wedding day!

This Deer Park Country House wedding was such a beautiful day, this is a venue I love working at and Emily & Carl along with their guests made the day so so enjoyable!

I joined Emily and the girls in the morning at Deer Park to capture their preparations, there was a lovely atmosphere in the air with lots of excitement and some nervousness too. Deer Park Country House has some awesome preparation spaces and they really have thought of everything. The girls took their time and enjoyed their morning keeping everything relaxed and enjoyable. After the preparations I left to meet Carl and the wedding guests at the church just ahead of Emily's arrival.

The church ceremony was beautiful and full of emotion, Emily & Carl left the church into glorious sunshine and a shower of confetti before heading back to Deer Park for their wedding reception. We had such good weather all day and it meant that everyone could enjoy drinks and canapés outside before we took some group shots in the sun too. As the guests headed into the wedding breakfast I took Emily & Carl for a few moments around the grounds to capture some couples portraits of the two of them.

The speeches were followed by the wedding breakfast with Emily's father, Carl and his bestmen giving great speeches and bringing quite a few laughs along the way too. It was then back out into the lovely evening weather whilst the room was turned around for their evening reception. I loved the evening light we had and Emily & Carl had even booked Dan Brazier the magician to entertain their guests during this time. Dan wowed many of the guests with his great close up magic and it just made my job so easy as there were so many fun reactions to capture.

The cutting of the cake signaled the start of the evening reception with the couple then taking straight to the dancefloor for their first dance. It was a beautiful moment with everyone swiftly joining them on the dance floor to party the night away. I had an awesome day documenting Emily & Carl's big day at Deer Park Country House, as always it was such an honour to be there to capture all that happened throughout the day.
