Sophie and Karl’s wedding was so delicate and fresh looking! The pale pinks and whites of the flowers and accessories brought such light to the photographs. Rockbeare Manor’s beautiful rooms with their large windows allowed so much light to come in which just helped to accentuate each beautiful detail of the dresses and the personalised details that Sophie and Karl had created for their special day. They had created gifts for each other to open before the ceremony and being able to capture this was a real privilege.

We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sun set on Karl and Sophie’s wedding day so we took full advantage of the stunning grounds of Rockbeare Manor and took 5 minutes in the evening to create some truly memorable couples’ portraits. But soon returned to the festivities of ping pong and cake cutting! The guests really did enjoy all that Rockbeare Manor has to offer as a venue from the vast grounds to the variety of other spaces used throughout the evening. Of course it was all made so much more amazing by the obvious joy and love that Karl and Sophie and all their guests shared that day and the photographs really do reflect how much laughter and fun was had throughout the whole day! It was a real privilege to shoot this wedding and to share in Karl and Sophie’s day.
