HOLLY & SHANE | ROCKBEARE MANOR WEDDING | DEVON WEDDING

Holly & Shane’s Rockbeare Manor wedding was my first of the year and I was really looking forward to it. I love shooting at Rockbeare as it’s such a beautiful venue.  I got to Rockbeare Manor before Holly turned up so I could photograph some of the details already set up and then capture Holly and girls arriving too.  The bridal preparations were a lovely time, with a super relaxed and fun atmosphere with Holly and the girls.  The flower girls were loving the attention and the other bridesmaids were helping them get ready.

The wedding theme was stunning, with Shane being a gamekeeper, the theme incorporated that with pheasant feathers and skulls throughout which was a very unique and looked incredible.  The details throughout the venue looked great with Holly & Shane making some of them, like the table plan, and then some stunning work by their suppliers too.

The ceremony was beautiful with Holly & Shane being joined by their little one at the front and with their family and friends watching on as they said their vows. After the ceremony guests joined the couple outside for drinks and canapes, enjoying the lovely February weather.

After some group photos, I took Holly & Shane for a walk around the grounds to capture some stunning couples portraits. Rockbeare has so much beautiful space to take couples portraits in so I always love this part of the day.  Holly & Shane were super relaxed whilst taking couples portraits and we managed to take some truly beautiful shots of the two of them.

The speeches were brilliant, really heartfelt and full of fun and laughter too. It was great to look around and see all the guests smiling and laughing throughout the speeches from Shane and the bestmen.  After the speeches, the evening started with guests heading to the bar and the kids digging into the sweet cart too.

The evening then continued with Holly & Shane cutting their wedding cake and then going straight into the first dance. The dance floor was filled straight after the first dance, with the band getting all the guests up and dancing straight away, it was such an awesome way to finish off what had been a fantastic day.
