CATHERINE & ALEX | HOLNE PARK HOUSE | DEVON WEDDING

Catherine & Alex’s Holne Park House wedding was such an awesome day to be a part of, these two are a great couple and I had such a brilliant time hanging out with them and their guests, to document their wedding day.

I started the morning at Holne Park House with Catherine, to capture the bridal preparations. The girls were relaxed and having a great morning as they got ready. The bridal suite at Holne Park House is spacious with plenty of room for all the preparations which helps keep things really relaxed.

The ceremony was a beautiful church ceremony. It was all so truly heartfelt and as always, it was such an honour to be there to witness it. With a stunning confetti tunnel after the ceremony it was then time to head back to Holne Park House to continue the celebrations.

Whilst their guests were arriving Catherine & Alex planned to head straight down to the river at Holne Park House. This gave us sometime to capture some stunning couples portraits and gave the bride & groom a few moments alone too to reflect on the ceremony. The guests had plenty of time in the afternoon to congratulate the bride & groom both in the house and outside enjoying the stunning surroundings.

The speeches were given by Catherine’s Dad, Alex and Alex’s two best men, with lots of laughter throughout, it was great fun. Continuing the frivolity, Catherine & Alex had planned their very own pub quiz so the guests joined them outside to test their knowledge on some of the bride & grooms favourite subjects.

I always love first dances and this one met all my expectations; it was a beautiful start to the evening which continued with the dance floor being filled with guests well into the evening.
